Before Shipment

- Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be processed.
After Shipment
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may initiate a return instead (refer to the Return Policy).

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Refunds are only applicable for items purchased directly from the Traverro website.
Refund Process

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- We aim to make the refund process straightforward and transparent.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.

- If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
