1. Order Cancellation
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be processed.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may initiate a return instead (refer to the Return Policy).
2. Refund Policy
  •  Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
  •  Refunds are only applicable for items purchased directly from the Traverro website.
  •  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • We aim to make the refund process straightforward and transparent.
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for refunds.
3. Exchange Policy
  • If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or replacement.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
